Adobe Hearing Center: We Give You Sound Advice

Adobe Hearing Center provides complete hearing evaluations for adults and children performed by clinically certified and licensed audiologists. We will carefully explain all of the test results and make the appropriate recommendations to meet your specific needs. We will also mail the audiometric results and recommendations to your referring physician so that he/she will be informed about your hearing.

Audiologist/Owner

Lou has been a Tucsonan for more than 30 years. She earned her professional degrees at the University of Arizona: BS/Speech and Hearing Sciences; Master of Science/Audiology; Doctor of Audiology. As a clinical audiologist for 15 years, she is experienced in audiological testing of infants, children, adolescents, and adults. From 1990 - '98 Lou was an audiologist in the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department of Thomas-Davis Medical Centers. In 1998, she founded Adobe Hearing Center as an independent private practice. Lou is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Audiologist

Julie earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama in 1997, and a Doctor of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2009. She spent six weeks at Starkey Laboratories in an exclusive internship program that accepted only sixteen students per year. She expanded her audiological skills to hearing aid fittings and modifications.

Terry has worked in the medical field since 1980 and is certified with the American Medical Technologists. Prior to joining Adobe Hearing Center in 1998, she worked as an audiology assistant in the ENT/Audiology department at Thomas-Davis Medical Centers. In addition to her clinical experience, Terry offers a wealth of knowledge in medical insurance and is available to answer questions about insurance claims and procedures. And to top it all off, Terry is fluent in Spanish.
